Brute Force: Documentary of Force

June 19, 2010

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Brute Force: Documentary of Force
Razor Teams with Appleʼs Rarest Recording Artist

LOS ANGELES – Singer/songwriter Brute Force is joining forces with Razor Films for an upcoming rock documentary film. Producer Andrew Fuller is currently developing the project that will feature the life and work of musician Brute Force.

Brute Force is best known for his hit, “The King of Fuh,” the delightfully rude song about a “Fuh King” which was greatly admired by John Lennon and George Harrison, who discovered the singer and arranged the record for The Beatlesʼ Apple Records. Apple plans a compilation of their artists in 2010. Brute Force (www.brutesforce.com) continues to perform regularly in and around New York City, most notably at The Players, which credits Mark Twain as a founding member, and has appeared twice at South By Southwest Music Festival in Austin, TX with his daughter and frequent collaborator, Daughter of Force, aka Lilah Friedland. Sony also plans to reissue the classic 1967 Brute Force album, I, Brute Force, Confections of Love in its entirety including bonus tracks that have never before been released.
